Resolved: Wrong item delivered
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Unable to get in contact to arrange for the item's return as I didn't order it. I can't find a trace of any payment as I have ordered a number of items and I don't know what it cost, or if it cost anything at all.
Preferred solution: Product rreturned
